I wanted to do a blog post on the goings-ons in the brocastle so that you know more, if in fact you wanna know more.
We are currently waiting on a bunch of answers. My back surgery was denied, and that is still up in the air. They say the surgery is too new and risky, and the guidelines they are referring to are from 2006. My surgery itself was approved by the FDA in 2006. So update the guidelines already and fix me??! Not that easy, I suppose. We are in the process of our 2nd appeal...fingers crossed and pray, pray, pray!
The other big maybe is when we are moving. They wanted us in Texas by April, but that is bonkers with Wes in K-garten and a business that is strongest in the early summer months. So we have asked for an extension of late June. The house is going on the market really soon...so painting and staging is my new hobby.
I have had a lot of clients and prospective clients asking about late summer dates. I am proposing that I can fly back, at the client's expense, or I can supply a list of some photographers that I admire and would have shoot my own wedding, if I were so lucky to have it happen again.
I wanted to add some pics, cause words by themselves are not that pretty. Here are three of the four loves of my life. The fourth Billy, if you were wondering...although Billy was technically first ;)
Last thought for a Wednesday...who's not excited about American Idol? The Brokops are!!!
