Welcome to my blog So this is a place I rant and rave, wear my heart on my sleeve, gush on my family, and most importantly share my art...the photo stories of wonderful couples and people I cross paths with.   Don't be afraid to bookmark it, or leave a comment.  I love hearing from everyone and anyone.  Check back frequently...I will try to keep you updated.

There are literally so many images to blog, that I wanted to just a little peek up before the weekend.  Jenna incorporated so many hand-crafted, inventive, creative and inspired details for her wedding, that a long blog post is certainly in order.  First thing next week, Miss Jenna will be headlining once again.  Until then...

Katie and Tony are a couple that have placed their spirituality and love for God at the forefront of their relationship. Here is what Katie told me about the wedding proposal:
"It was a surprise. We had a picnic at James Island County Park (I know you saw the pics). We went to a swing, overlooking the marsh at sunset. He had stashed flowers, a brownie (my first love), and a sweet card near where we were sitting. He read me the card and a passage from Genesis and then proposed!"

I met Katie through a friend and past client of mine Ashley.   I love Ashley dearly and she and her family are very funny, smart, charming and beautiful.  I have been blessed with clients that have the father daughter relationship that one dreams of.  The father speaks and the daughter tears up.  The daughter drives off and the father tears up.  This relationship always brings me to tears, and I know that a strong woman is the result of any father/daughter relationship like this.  Ashley's got it, Katie's got it and I know their kids will have it.
I love any chance I have to visit Lowndes Grove.  Even in fairly rainy weather, this property is the home of many happy days and nights.  Ashley introduced me to Lowndes and I just love everything about it!
